While I don't normally resurrect old threads (I didn't start this one, blame it on someone else.) It is interesting to notice how many of the predictions made almost 3 YEARS AGO have came true!!!

 

Really? Then what the hell else do you suppose we do sense our government ain't doing #### about it other than sitting back on their fat ###' allowing it to happen? They aren't worried about anything. They make the big bucks and it's all about them. We don't mean **** in their eyes. We the people are struggling. We are loosing our freedom little by little. Notice how many stories have popped up sense "cinco de mayo" day (May 5th) about our flag in our own country being "offensive" to the mexican people or it's offensive to say Merry ****ing Christmas now, so we have to say happy holidays no matter what nationality? What's wrong with that picture then ask yourself what else there is left to do because that's about the only option we have left is to start taking matter's into our own hand's and telling our government to go get ****ed!

 

Truckers in the US have been seeing a real decline in wages for years. It has nothing to do with Mexican truckers. In fact, immigrants, esp. Mexicans are being made into scapegoats for all the wrongs and ills in America today.

You wanna "end" illegal immigration? Real simple, actually: Make US business owners responsible for hiring undocumented workers liable. Implement a secure national ID card (should have been done right after 9/11). Reform immigration and allow workers to enter the US with a simplified system for both business and migrant workers.

Mexicans are not taking skilled jobs in the US anyways. But the problem is there are a lot of unskilled, uneducated Americans that are easily manipulated and scared of any kind of change.

I knew a redneck from Georgia once, he kept complaining about how all the Mexicans were taking "his" jobs. But instead of going back to school to learn a trade or better himself, he just kept living at his mommas (a 40 y/o man) house and complaining about things.

I also know immigrants from Africa (legal, with greencards) that have gone to college and trade schools in the US and are making decent money today.

 

not a chance...if i saw another driver cutting lines on another truck, he is gonna meet me in an unpleasant manner. Count on it.

 

you or your ancestors came to this country from someplace else. They gained their citizenship using guns against the indigenous residents bows and arrows. Mexican illegal seem pretty tame compared to this.

 

Real bright idea, considering most of you don't have a clue what a Mexican truck looks like.
