    Used to haul for Acme a few yrs ago. Was real good when Barnett Shale first started to open up. Slowly dried up and lot of guys w/doolies and such took over a lot of the really good paying loads. This was in DFW area. They are HQd in S LA so they might keep you moving well. Also depends on agent. The one I used in FTW was so lazy she had a drain in her bed . Once things started to get tight she would not get out and hustle any freight. Lost her job last I heard.

    Thanks Big Duker! I'd be going in with a tandem truck and a single step deck. Hopefull they'd keep me busy and make some money without staying out for weeks at a time. You know, the best of both worlds! Thanks again

    Business appears to be good here. Have been putting on O/Os as of late. I think this will only get better as the merger of company's goes forward. I do not hear of anyone starving.
