Good driver or bad driver, which do you wanna be? As many miles as we run, it's best to have good habits in order to be safer.
Jokers that don't use their signals are monkey see monkey do drivers. They see 4 wheelers getting away with it, so they want to too. They see another truck driver get away with something, I guarantee you they will follow.
One of these days a 4 wheeler is going to shoot out from behind them and they are going to wish they had their signal on then. Then when they are cited for an improper lane change, the lawyers will take him to the cleaners. All over because he was too lazy to move his arm a couple inches. DOH!
I don't even think about using signals. You do it so much it's automatic like breathing. You actually have to think about it to not use them.
I also like the ones that turn their signal on when they are already halfway in the other lane. Thanks, now I know what you are doing.
Signals, a device or method to communicate with other people. It's a no brainer.
OTR Drivers, why do you hate to use turn signals?

I normally always use them but have had instances when knowing that if I put it on that 4 wheeler behind me is going to speed up because God forbid they get stuck behind one of those big trucks! What really P***is me off is when I have it on and other big trucks are rolling past me like nothing. Most big trucks change lanes for stranded motorist on the shoulder as a courtesy. I'm a heavy hauler and when loaded almost always oversize. It's a necessity that I move over!

Blinker fluid isn't cheap you know.

They don't use their turn signal, because tickets are not written for failure to use it.

I am thinking about putting a sign on the back of my truck that says:
GOT BLINKERS
USE THEM
I DO
What do you guys think....would this be a good reminder to all drivers?striker and Raiderfanatic Thank this. -

when you consider 99% of the company trucks on the road are castrated to 67 mph, and that's downhill with a tail wind, I have a fast truck fro being a company driver.
