So I live in az and have my CDL. Recently I got a ticket by a city photo radar camera for 11mph over. I know the whole avoid it and theyll try to serve you. (good luck I'm out of town) However, I have heard somewhere that for CDL holders that they'll revoke your license even before being served. Is this legite and if so how is that possible? What if the ticket really does get lost in the mail?

You are dealing with the government. You are guilty until proven innocent. Best pay it and move on.

Did you just see the flash ... or have you recieved a ticket in the mail? Was it one of the contractor cameras ... or was it a dps photo radar?

I know here in Louisiana it is a civil penalty & doesn't go aganist your driving record if you get caught by the Speed/Red Light Cameras. You might check in your area, it may be the same.

In the state of Maryland, it is a civil matter also. You get a ticket in the mail, you pay the fine and forget about it. Nothing goes on your DMV.
