you guys that havent trained you have no clue, some of these students have no clue once they reach our trucks.you also forget that you at one time were a newbie also.know granted this schneider video is pretty bad.but these schools do not teach these students how to back, they teach them how to pass their test to get a cdl.thats it.when they reach our trucks they have no clue in some instances.sometimes it takes a while for the light to go off in the their head, some it takes a little longer.i see experienced drivers struggle all the time,so lighten up guys and give them a hand, pay it forward.dont be that super trucker that thinks yoy dont have anything to learn or pass on.dont crowd be patient and have a little understanding.maybe look back on the first time you backed a 53 ft trailer, and think about how proficient you were.probably not much better.when i started i sucked, granted not this bad,but sucked non the less.now i can back with anybody, give em a break

finally watched that vid---and that one outside isnt a trainer--he is an idiot---nothing wrong with the driver ,other than he was watching the idiot outside and not doing it himself

What makes you say that? We don't train because we do have a clue!

And you have 3 years of experience? And your a trainer? I'd say that you have no clue.... In which means that the students still don't have a clue when they got off the trainer's trucks!

Obviously you don't know how to read. I never said anything about the guy being a rookie, I have no idea if he had driven for 2-0 minutes or 20 yrs, and really don't care. The point was he couldn't get in the whole i tried to help him and he got mad when he left, came back and I was sitting in that spot.

dude, your not very bright,im one of the safest best trained drivers on the road.i can drive you into the dirt and do it safely.what you think because you have a few more years of experience than me,that your a better driver than me.thats a laugh.i see your type every day on the road.following to closely not using your signals, multiple lane changes, jake at the truck stop, the list goes on and on.you dont train because you only think about yourself, you have know patience and the professional drivers like me,dont need guys like you training anyway.you couldnt train because you couldnt do it

and as far as me not having a clue, youve got to be kidding me.i train some of the safest drivers on the road anywhere, and i train them the right way.im not saying i know everything, but i do train drivers in the safe way to operate a truck.right, your probably an o/o that thinks he knows it all because he owns his own truck, give me a break, and go back to doing all the things a real professional driver doesnt do.and if you wanna keep the discussion going, bring it on,ill shoot holes in any water bucket you have.

Watch what you say there Bub. I have ran many of miles across this Country with other forum members here trailing behind me.... I'm not going to get into a list of my skills or training because I simply don't have too. But trust me when I say that I have more driving skills in my little pinky then what you have in your feeble little mind.

Now back to training..... Your right! I don't train because I don't have the patience for stupidity. Your little driving school pumps the morons out the door..... I won't accept that trash on my truck! I will & have trained drivers.... But not those 3 week wannabe know it all SOB's like yourself.

And your 3 years of driving doesn't qualify you to be a trainer. Anyone who is a trainer should have no less then 15 years of road experience.... 3 years is all you have.... You don't even know how to wipe your arse yet.

your funny, you dont have the patience for stupidity,so what your saying is that when you started driving a truck you jumped in and knew exactly what to do the minute you sat in the seat, and turned the key right, yeah i can see what i have here,a super trucker right, you can make all the assinine remarks you want, the remarks you make just show how much you dont know.and tell me where do you think all the drivers are gonna come from.they show up at yor company with their shiny cdl and say i wanna drive your 150000 dollars worth of equipment and haul a quarter of a million dollars worth of your customers freight and they just threw them the keys, wake up dude,
