    rush trucking is one dishonest and non paying company even for their company drivers..i left there in early october(where they are 3 weeks behind in payroll from start date) and to date they still owe me over $3000 and show no signs of paying me without i seek legal assistance..am open to any suggestions..need me a real good lawyer who can and will make them pay what they owe me......this is beyond ridiculous....???you know????

    Do you live in Michigan? I sure you don't need a lawyer you can file a suite small claims when Rush gets served they will more than likely pay you right away anyway good luck Do you have copys of the loads you did if you do that will help

    What do you need a lawyer for? Anything up to $10,000 can be handled in small claims court.

    Make sure you have all of your documentation, and file on them in small claims court.

    Are you talking O/O settlements?
