Kirk, PLEASE put spaces between your sentences. I know we don't have the spelling and grammar police here, but your posts are very hard to read.

As far as jumping into the middle of 20-30 year experienced folks with both feet like you have, it's not just THIS industry, it's any - railroad, construction, military, whatever - you call some older guys out and you'll get your butt handed to you like you have.

And something else to learn... EVERYONE picks on Schneider, Swift, JB, etc...it's what we do because many of their drivers are continually perpetuating the stereotypes we have of them. If you're worried about having your feelings on your sleeve, it's best to stay away from the companies who crash trucks and get made fun of.

thats just the point ronin, these so called bfi companies have many hard working, professional drivers on their fleets.and they are not the only companies that have accidents.think about it.you have a large corporation that has 2000 drivers.do you think that your not gonna hear about one of their drivers having a major incident before say an o/o that has his own authority and nobody knows anything about.you think the lawyers are gonna go after that o/o or that major corporation that has millions of dollars worth of capital and insurance coverage.and as far as having my butt handed to me,dont think so.made quite a few intelligent arguments on my behalf.o/o have accidents also, see it everyday on the road.

I give up trying to read run-on sentences. Too much work for tired eyes. Subject change, please?

Enough with the victim mentality, please. And it's not my thread, I just joined in, read and posted. Trying to big brother you a bit here, and you haven't been "attacked" at all, especially in the last few pages. Pull your sleeves down to cover up your feelings and you'll roll through life with a lot less stress.

Big brother is a figurative term to describe advising someone based on your own experience and has nothing to do with age.

I work for Swift and if you insult me I just figure you're either:

    a) my friend and wanting to joke with me
    b) someone who is ill informed
    c) petty and hoping to make yourself look better
    d) having a bad day
    e) someone who thinks their six months of experience buys them the same credentials and respect that truly experienced drivers are due.
    f) someone who saw a swift driver make a mistake or act like a donkey's behind.
    g) you're just a donkey's behind.

Just a few of the things I think.
