Once in awhile they throw me a bone and do something for say $50.
Most of the time (99.999% they charge FLAT RATE.
Found the issue with my rock screen being installed incorrectly....today they told me that there wasnt much to adjust and that I might have to live with it. But I haven't seen a W900 look like this.
So I was chatting with 'blackw900' today and he got on the wire with his KW shop. We did some comparisons...gee turns out that my KW shop ordered the WRONG screen. Who-da-thunk?
No wonder it didnt fit and looked like crap....
So I emailed the SM my findings. I am waiting on a return email or call.
But it has only been 4hrs...I need to learn patience... -
