1. You said the best week you had was 2600 miles but yet I have not had 1 week in almost 7 months working here where my miles were that low unless I was broke down or took hometime that week. Not one.
2. You said you could not get a load to Texas they were all reserved but yet I have done 3 loads to Uline in Coppell,Tx since I left the house 2 weeks ago today and I am writing this from Texas right now.
3. When did you work here because you are saying your average fuel price was 3.22 after the discount? Uh national average is right at that price so you were not taking advantage of their website to see the prices you were going to pay ahead of time. The best state you can fuel in which gives the lowest net price is Illinois so what you are saying makes no sense at all.
4. Yes our loads are heavy quite often and I have never denied that. -
I am having a problem with that fuel discount the 1st time i fueled in Bloomington IL checked the web sight it said 2.68 and i thought i would be happy if i saved just 40 cents i payed 3.19 agal when i looked at my statement i saved 4 cents i payed 5 hundred 73 on my statement it was 566 i saved 7 dollars i figured to save like 90bucks atleast on my next statement i looked at today it was the same across the board saving no more than 30 dollars on a fill up im worried, cause this was a big factor to work here cause the fuel surcharge is haft what most pay so what ive noticed is that u cant go by that chart its a guess at what i will actually pay when the chart says 270 or 280 and u pay at the pump like 300 to 310 im only getting a 4 to maybe 15cent they say its not guarenteed but they are way off and i am going to see if they can either get the actual discount closer or pay more on the fuel sur charge cause as u said we are heavey like 8 out of 10 loads which means for me like 5 to 6 miles agal and 7 and better on the lite ones which thier are not that many lite ones LOL

I haven't gotten my first statement yet either.. And if it's like that, then me and Risinger are going to have a talk. False advertising comes to mind. That's the main reason I went with them. Because if you equate the price per gallon they post, it actually makes Risingers pay, a little better than most. With the .40 CPG discount they advertise, their pay is actauly close to $1.35 per mile...

So basically its shady advertising on the website?

The fuel discount we get is called cost plus pricing which means we only pay a few cents above what the fuel costs the truck stop. Biggest discount I have gotten is .49 and smallest was .066 which was on this settlement. Some companies like JCT and Schneider get this discount but then don't pass it on to their owner operators who pay for the fuel they just give them a .03 discount all the time. Below is the fuel stops on my last settlement and what my discount was.
11/14 Haubstadt,In cash pump price was 3.139 I paid 2.921 for a discount of .217 below cash price per gallon
11/15 Springfield,Il cash pump price was 3.259 I paid 3.193 for a discount of .066 per gallon (lowest discount I have gotten to date).
11/17 Tyler,Tx cash pump price was 3.139 I paid 2.948 for a discount of .191 below pump cash price
11/19 Effingham,Il cash pump price was 3.299 I paid 3.007 for a discount of .292 below cash pump price -
