Thats exactly right thats what it is , I actually misspoke. It was in Newark
and I rode around all day, which is still bull^&%$#. This is their Buisness, and you would think they would be all over it or at least Pay the driver for their inefficiency and ineptness in regard to THEIR company not mine. But NOOOOooooo, f&^% the driver , the same company that touts "WE Care About Our Drivers" , excuse me, (I think I just threw up in my mouth), their really no better than a insurance company trying to sell you a whole life policy for the good of you, They should at least offer a f^%$ing reach around and give me a kiss with it! I'm leaving as soon as i can!

As far as my previous comments, I stand by them. Don't let them, or the automated computer, walk all over you. Get on the horn with your DBL, explain what is going on...and work something out as far as pay. Yes, they have their pay process written down...but most of the time if you have a good relationship with your DBL, they will compensate you fairly, IF you ask / Push for it. If they want you to go to X, then ask them 'what if'...questions...such as what if there isn't a trailer there..."what if the trailer isn't there, but another is...can I take that one instead?...what if what if....I can't drive around looking for MT trailers all day and get paid a couple of bucks...we need to come up with a plan..."
And seriously...you work for Schneider....it might help in your arguments about how professional you are, and how you deserve such a high rate of pay, if you knew how to spell your employers name.AfterShock and ThatTruckerFrom305 Thank this. -
I remember when I was with them the almighty trailer tracs was going to make trailer searches a thing of the past. I guess it didn't.

I was talking to a driver who has been driving for Schneider for just under 4 months. He got his license through them and he was upset because they didn't give him a brand new truck to start out with. The truck he was given is older and has some technical issues.Did he seriously think he was going to get a brand new truck with his brand new license?
I think so -
Well yes , NEW TRUCK , top $ rates , dedicated route , your own work schedule , stock options , big office
these are ALL the things that new drivers feel they are owed by a comoany when they start.
