    yeah dude you should be keeping them all anyway. even like pens and office supplies i hang onto. for taxes.

    throw it in there. the worst that can happen is they dont reimburse it. dont hurt to try.

    Ya I save all of those kind of reciepts but not like my food and stuff on the road....or should I be keeping those too?

    I save everything. You can claim perdiem every night you are away, but I still save receipts. As soon as my tax man gets outta jail I got some more for him...:biggrin_25523:

    I know about the per diem but, don't you, just need your logs to prove your on the road? or should I keep all my food and everything else non work related reciepts?

    My tax guy tells me that the logs are all that are needed, they are a federally mandated document and works. I kept all receipts for anything I used/needed except for food as that's covered in the per diem. Any small thing, pens, staples, etc are good...

    logs should be enough. i dont keep food receipts, just everything else.

    And, I didn't find out about overnite parking until after I had turned in my first trip envelope, either....we seem to learn the same way. The HARD way...LOL:biggrin_25523:

    man im sitting at budweiser in aurora CO, place is ridiculous had an appointment for 1 and still havnt even started loading me. i think this is almost a new personal record.
