So Prime denied my app because I don't have a stable 3 year work history. In the last three years, I have only had one job. My one stable job was between April 2008 and November 2009. Do you think that will prevent any OTR company from hiring me?
Will my lack of work history prevent me from getting hired?

That's good to hear on the account of I have No Work Experience (except for volunteer)

It will greatly depend on WHY you only had one job in the last three years.
I had to prove I have been collecting unemployment for the last two years.. -

Well I'm only 21 and I was going to school from 2007-2008. It's not like I can have full time jobs while attending school. I also voluntarily quit my last job (Walmart, what do you expect?). -
It might have something to do with being 21,some want you to be 23 for insurance purposes.
I say try elsewhere cause i know a few with a spotty job background driving. -
Prove top them you were in school and you should be fine. These companies want to know that
A. You weren't driving and trying to lie about it
B. You weren't goofing off.
C. You weren't in jail.
You just need to collaborate your gap in work history. -
Before you continue your job search.... Call Prime and tell them that you thank them.
Being denied by Prime is worth having a keg party.... Do young kids still have keg parties? Man, I miss those days.danny_379 Thanks this.
