its where I work they take guys out of school, You can also try US Xpress not based in Cali but they have a term in Colton, CA there is a lot them just stay away from huge names and e-logs and your good. hope this helps

 

Their is no such thing as a starter company with low turn over. Thoes two things contradict each other.

 

I am new to the board and still in school in Northern California (Santa Clara) for my Class A CDL. Are their any other companies that anyone might know of that are 1) reputable 2) Have "safe" or well-maintained equipment 3) Will take on new drivers.
