i live in saratoga springs area and had to travel to albany ny for my first trainer and then to buffalo for my last one. Its not necessarily if the trainers live there its about getting freight to and from there is the problem. most of the time i have to dead head home almost 200-300 miles to go home. all depends , i get lucky on occasions and take freight right to my house.

I had a student from Saratoga Springs, picked him up while delivering doors to the hospital there. Then droped him in Albany. Sometimes depending on where you live it is hard to get a trainer close, but at that point they could have another driver pick you up and drop you at a terminal, so that you could get with a trainer. They just need to put a little more effort into making this all work.

Yeah they should have had another driver pick me up and drop me off at a terminal. So far almost everyone has quit Roehl that I went to orientation with. Only three are left out of 10 people. As it stands now, one of the three is looking to quit.
