McLane grocery distribution

Mclane sunwest in goodyear,AZ used to be a great place to work for with a promising future but with this bad economy things have gotten terribly worse, this company has not hired in approx. 2 years when years ago they couldn't hire enough drivers to deliver all the groceries to conveinece stores in Az,Nv, and Southern Cal. things are getting so bad there the current driver of the year is now leaving to pursue employment elswhere He has got to be the smartest one of them all and not believing all the crap that Bobby Carlson (division president) is trying to sell. I sure hope that Bobby and Jerry are being well taking care of by McLane because there are a lot of families that rely on McLane and from what I'm hearing everyone over there is getting very nervous because the slow season is fast approaching which everyone knows is less money to make and at the beginning of the new year all those drivers will no longer have Gatorade to deliver which means there will less product on the trucks and less money for drivers and even worse I wonder how many loads will disapear I am so glad not to be putting my family through that stress and possible hardship, I do know one thing Bobby and Jerry will not be going through that hardship and they won't be telling their families that this time next year we may not be able to afford the way we live now. I am so glad that DOT finally caught McLane cheating on the logs they recently had to start logging all meeting time on the drivers log, WOW I was there for over ten years and not once did my meeting time ever get logged, thats kinda how they operate they will get away with anything they can and promise the world to you and then turn on you unless you are apart of the "Good O'Boys" and the one that heads that is Jameson Payne, he can make things disapear or he can make you life difficult everyone there knows what I speak of, To all the drivers that remain on that sinking ship called McLane Sunwest I hope it works out for you and you don't say a year or two from now I should've left a long time ago because believe me guys when I sat this Mclane is not the best option out there I found out how much better it really is away from McLane and I wish I had done it sooner so Good Luck guys and I hope you bring your life vest with you every day and remember Bobby is nothing but a salesman and will say everything he has to, to get that sale I'm glad I'm not buying his crap anymore
