freightliner columbia

I have an 03 FL Columbia with 908000 miles on a c15 cat with super 10. Has 10 virgin tires 95% new starter, alternator and batteries. new sleeper blower. Truck turns over, won't crank. Catapillar found no codes. Been told its just cold. Had to have it towed. Would like to sell cheap to someone who could use parts or fix.

 

The truck is in Knoxville, I am from Chattanooga. I don't know what just cold means. They told me if I could heat it up it would probably start. I took a generator and 55000 BTU kerosene heater and put on it Friday and the motor actually hit a couple of times but still no start. I was under a load so the broker sent out another truck so I had it towed to get it out from under the load. I was going to quit around christmas and I have put everything in it that I have, just didn't want the wrecker guys to get it for free.

 

Thanks, When Catapillar sent the road repair guy after he changed the starter he used the ether. I believe it is a fuel problem myself. Just out of money to fool with it and don't have anywhere to work on it. I don't believe that the cold is that relevant except that it may have caused gunk to get a little hard somewhere. If I let it sit for a day no matter the weather I've been having to use ether to get it to start. Just didn't work this time.
