Is this normal

I applied to Stevens and swift driving schools. Stevens was all over my app and had me scheduled for school in a matter of a few days.
Swift on the other hand has been nothing but disorganised in there process.
Every time i talk to the recuiter its like she has no clue who i am. I still have not recieved the hiring package that she promissed to email me.

I would really like to go with swift. Should I call another recruiter or just for- get it. I would think If they did not want me they would just tell me.

Your right, I was just hopeing it was a fluke or a bad day for a recruiter.

I guess I'll go take a nap now
