you can get away with the cigarette lighter inverter. Laptops don't use much power. Also what I found useful is the max Burton butane burner for$35. More useful than my microwave. It heats the inside of the truck pretty good as you cook your food.

So who has pulled Centrals CSA score? I was wondering what it is, and I cannot check till they get the search function working again. I do not remember the DOT number.

It's a score that shippers can look at in 5 categories to see how bad you and Tue carrier are doing

    Bounce Thanks this.

Buy a cigarette lighter inverter. WalMart sells one for $30 that's black, about the size of a large paperback. It's 200w, 400w max if I'm not mistaken. We had a couple of those for a while, worked great. Then we traded to gamer's laptops and had to upgrade our inverter. But, for 95% of laptops out there, that little inverter, or any 2002 for that matter, should be sufficient.

Back to gift cards? That's nice of them. Last year it was backpacks and towels. The towels are big and nice, but that backpacks fell apart after a few months of light use.

At least they didn't combine driver appreciation with a christmas bonus. I'd rather not get a gift than a 'here's both at once!' Sort of thing. I really don't expect anything, it's a nice thought on their part though.

yeah, it was nice. The gift card will get a lot of hotdogs. May have to stop at a pilot just for hotdogs since I really only fuel at ta/petro.

What type of scanner do you use? Klingon and I were trying to think about getting one and which type to get.
