I like them. Especially when people tick me off. I can knock them over....

We have a lot of amish and mennonites. Fun pouring for them. They want a big pile so they can all attack it with hoes and rakes to spread it around. Work by sweat of the brow instead of letting me swing the chutes and move the truck and lay it smooth as glass so it does not need dragged. I crack up with them. I bump them a few times. If they don't take the hint I move them where ever I want to; to get them out of my way. Funny; they have homemade tools, horse and buggies they pull their contractor tools in a wagon behind the buggy. Then I hear ring ring and all of them are pulling out their cell phones to see if it is their cell ringing....

Every now and then we will get a contractor that is not a regular. They will try to move the chute by hand. I just grin and look at them....

I love doing that to the guys that try to move my chute, just sit there for a minute an gently push them back then go to work laying it out. There's been times where I've had to yell at the helpers because they don't take the hint to move out of my way. But the best is when the contractor is a dick and starts yelling at me before I even start unloading. Yeah oops i'm sorry I laid it in 2 inches to high sorry.....

Oh; not gently. The first bump is the warning. Then it is see how far I can launch this sucker....
Personal favorite is try to leave the boots in the mud and the contractor bootless a few yards away...

lmao that's pretty funny, what's your record so far? I go gently cause usually its some old guy that tries to move my chute by hand. The funniest is when they push it and you gently let it go the way they're pushing it then let it go full speed and watch em fall.

I did about a 15 yard garage the other day. Some hill jack contractor. He was wearing regular lace up work boots and jeans wasn't tucked in. Building was framed. All the windows crooked and off centered. Had a drain in the middle. Floor was unlevel as crap. If you poured water near the drain I am sure it would run away from it. Poor guy was working by himself. Except for the homeowner who was trying to help. I had to educate the homeowner real quick.

At least the contractor stayed out of my way. The homeowner seemed to think he needed to stand a foot away from my chute at all times. I had him steppin and fetching a few times.

lol gotta love the do it your selfers. I've had to educate a few on how to do it as well. Had to deliver to this hippie compound type place, they had like 15 people for 10 yards all with shovels and rakes. I said just stand on the side ill just lay it out there for ya, they didn't have to shovel or rake any of it and were like wow you can control everything from right in the cab huh? Yeah now get outta my way.... lol

I always enjoy a female to say hello and chat and cut up with while driving. Can sure get a driver woke up and make a dull day more fun. Always helps me as you ride along and chat to make the miles go by faster.
