Q for ya Prime Inc Drivers

    would i be ahead to get my permit first before calling prime? or should I just wait till i get there i got my permit last year pretty easy just by readin the cdl book

    Better off waiting because your permit may not be any good with them. Either way you'll have to stay with the class through everything for the most part except those who fall behind. I wouldn't worry about it anyway. It would cost you more to get it ahead of time then just letting the schooling do it in the included schooling cost.

    thanks what about sleep when u get with a trainer hows that work dont they have to be awake when u drive ?are there bunk beds n all the trucks that train?

    Just a little info.....I actually spoke to someone at Prime today and asked if I needed my permit beforehand (because other companies I'm considering require me to) and she said "no", it would just help you get a step ahead. So I pretty much took that as just study the hell out of the manual, take as many practice test as you can find and save yourself the $50.

    ya they have bunk beds in all the trucks they train out of right?
