I have been w/ wel company now for 3 weeks. So far they have been accurate on everything I was told. They paid me for orientation, which they flew me to De Pere,Wi. for 3 days, out of Texas. They flew me back to Tx.to pick up my truck. first week I got plenty of miles. @.42 cpm, and $30.00 a drop. so far so good!

what is your experience level? the pay is good so it may be something that interests me as well. I live in WI and am moving to TX so it works out both ways.

talked to some guys who work form them. 2500 miles p week OTR. 40 cpm. 30 for graduates. reefer. 100% turnover a year. over DOT limits right now cause of accidents. not sure on the TX situation. Weasel curious to know how many miles you get a week?

WItrucker, after 4 mos. @ Wel., I am very content here. I run regoinal ,out of Tx.. I average appr. 2200 miles a week, but I prefer to be home weekends, and that I am. I have a great driver manager, and he does get me home. Tx. regoinal pays .42 cpm, I get $30.00 a stop, and I average 3-4 stops a load, about 6-10 stops a week. The health insurance is a little high I think,$ 100.00 a week for a family plan, but it is a complete health policy. On the average with my perdiem, I can bring home $800.00-$900.00..weekly . But like I said I prefer to be home weekends.
