I would have to take the chance of the company finding out and give him or her a ride, it is because of the sacrifices that they make that we are able to do some of the things we can.

On Monday, when your fleet manager gets inj, send the following message to him. Doesn't have to be exact, but make sure it's similar.

"Left 1/2 load locks in trl txxxxx with load 6xxxxxx. Dropped at locationcode/swapped with another driver for load 6xxxxxx"

Then, next time you're in a yard, go into the shop and tell them you need load locks to replace the ones left in a dropped/swapped trailer. They will want the load number, so keep it safe somewhere, like a file on your laptop. If your fleet manager does not note in the load that load locks were left, they will not replace them without charging you. So if your fleet manager slips up, chew ###.

This pilot in tumwater, wa sucks! Parking is super tight and taking drivers 10 min to park. Luckily I have a repower out of here and just unhook to get out of this mess and pick up his trl on the side

Amen to that brother! I think that servicemen and women deserve our respect and a clean ride at the very very least! After all we enjoy a free, non British, non Confederate America because of those that were willing to lay down their lives at our country's behest. Shame on any company that would actually fire someone for doing a good honest deed for one of our fighting men and women.:biggrin_2556:

He was heading south to Sacramento and I was heading north to tacoma. I told him that if he was till at the truck stop on my way back when I go to az for Xmas id give him a ride. If I get fired, I have a couple offers I could pursue, one being local.

Hey Smurfette that sucks! Not your fault though! One thing I always used to do when signing the bills was to make sure and circle the temperature and initial it. I would also put "SLC" shipper, load, count on the bills too! Not everyone will let you do it but I would anyways.

Dress warm when you come to FL! There's frost out this morning!

Thanks to Bigtruckdriver! I forgot where the Con'Agra was until you posted. Russellville now I remember.
