Mmmm... tethered - not quite sure what that is...

We were thinking of going w/ATT when our contract is up (that is the same service daughter has - I think we will need to mobile to mobil there - LOL) and getting just basic/basic phones (text/photo only - no web stuff) - then a mobil hotspot for the computers - I have a laptop, K has a notebook. Just thoughts for right now - there is no way we can afford a new monthly charge :biggrin_2559:

Yeah, having a trainer turn on you is ugly but sounds like you and he are reasonable. We had a paper load out of Hartsville SC and got there at 2pm no appt come anytime..lol got the load call at 1am..My already badgering trainer completly turned on me that morning..lmao
Hope you are ok at the trainers house..but like you said at least you have people to talk to and your attitude will get you through this.
Merry x-mas hope you get that home time.

Tethering is connecting my laptop using the data connection on my phone. It essentually uses my phone as a wired hotspot. My phone and laptop are connected by a usb cable

Getting a live load in PA heading to UT

DM is going to try and get me home for New Years, then my trainer can wait for me. Hahahaha

We really have come to term regarding what is training and what is critizing. He now let's me learn from my own mistakes when backing and we critique the back afterwards. Much better learning environment for me.

    More to come

    Lady K Thanks this.

We'll I am sure getting my share of winter driving experience.. wyoming and utah were brutal yesterday. Least I was spared Parley because we went into Ogden. Got to bobtail from Ogden to west valley that was fun. NOT!!! My drives kept trying to be my steers..

    Week away from upgrade. Whew!!!!

Yeah, you have to be very careful when bobtailing. These trucks are not meant to be bobtailed around. A lot of companies actually won't let you bobtail.

Celtic whenever the weathers bad take the extra time and go your Ogden route that you took. It's a lot safer and sometimes can actually be faster believe it or not! I think its pretty scenic too!

So one week left! That's great man, I bet your stoked! What kind of truck are hoping for?
