As long as the truck is returned to company-owned or company-leased property, the truck is not abandoned. Got that from an attorney when Werner tried to pull that crap with me. You returned Navajo's truck to a Navajo yard, so Navajo can repeatedly cram their "truck abandonment" where the doth not shine. BTDT.
