They should have never touched the hos in the first place. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"!

But those incompetent people in power need something for job security, so they keep on messing with something that they know nothing about.

I have been to the FMCSA website every day since the first of February and as of tonight there has only been one comment since Friday on the proposed HOS or the EOBR rule. I have made several comments on both issues and encourage others to do the same.. I believe the HOS should be left alone with the exception of the 14 hour rule I would like to see that gone... and the EOBRS I do not want anything to do with them at all... My truck has been parked since august of 2008 and will stay that way untill all of this is figured out... I am anxiously awaiting the day I will be trucking again. That may be never if EOBRS are mandated... Between my dad my Brother and Myself we have a combined total of seven million miles accident free and I just got my first speeding ticket ever, while driving home from a hunting trip in october with my son in my pickup we were doing 35 in a 45... No EOBRS and leave the hos alone...

I dont mind the 10/11/14 hour rules we have now, I just hate the 70 hour rule...Why cant we have 14/11 everyday? then 10 off and start all over. That would be way easyer and much more productive...

If they want to make the roads safer..dont let the 4 wheelers on the #### road!

Not surprising, considering what you have to go through to submit a comment.

It's all about money! How many lives are we willing to sacrifice to keep costs down.
