Steel freight slow¿

    Not muck moving in ohio but seen some loads out of southern IN paying enough to deadhead down and bring back up.

    Thats the only good AK to load out of..... You just can't go that far, your chain will run out and you'll castrate yourself... :biggrin_2559:

    Steady out of Texas to Az,no slow down in near 4 weeks
    Except for 2 days either side of Christmas
    Under a load of 40's to Phx right now.

    Took a load out of leipsic and delivered in TN today. Ill see how it goes in the morning. The place I delivered to tonight is not taking coils after 3pm till jan 3rd.

    No kidding! I didn't even know there was a state west of OH. I'll go south and play with the Ashland rednecks where it takes longer to get away from the workers who like to talk to you than it does to get loaded.:biggrin_25514: (assuming I don't get stuck behind you guys with your sidekits.:biggrin_25518::biggrin_2559:)

    It's the best one I've been to (next to Red Cap in Detroit). They don't get excited about anything, they don't worry about appointment times they always offer food and coffee at the loading door. They don't seem to have the attitude like most union places, I think they're just glad to have a job. I was there 2 weeks ago, checked in, loaded 3 coils and out the gate in under 30 min. Only downfall is they're not 24hrs and they don't work most weekends. I prefer to sneak in places around 2am when the real truckers are still sleeping.:biggrin_2559:

    I picked up a load today in Chicago. It does not deliver till monday but I will be home until sunday when I head out for OH.
