Hello out there, just wondering if anyone could give me some info on team driving pay scales? My husband and I are going to be team drivers and are trying to figure out what they are paying on average. We are thinking of going to either Covenant or Werner......thanks!!:Route ID:

This link is for the 'team' payscale at Central Refrigerated -that is who my husband and I are going towards. I can't comment on anyone elses rates - but I would think they are similar.

Edited to add - we are right down I-5 from you in Sacramento :)

Klingon was an O/O 20+ years ago - so basically newbies - at least as far as the company is concerned. Now the link I posted was for 'teams' - the truck gets paid more cpm for a team - but then it gets 'split'. Since we are married though - it all goes in one pot - LOL!

How much does that turn out to be per month (the typical range)

Depends on how many miles the truck goes. Miles x .40 = $$ if you go 100 mile that's $40...

15,000 miles a month at .40 cpm would be $6.000 to the truck and 15,000 miles a month is ONLY 3,750 miles a week, a team can run 7,000 miles a week, we run over 6,700 miles every week, if you had the run we have it would be $10,732 pre month at .40 cpm.
