One thing I don't see discussed with these HOS is the impact on local/regional drivers like myself. A week or so ago, when they were discussing this on the Lockridge report on Sirius/XM, I brought this up. As I pointed out then, will this include a couple of billion in funds to help companies replace all the daycabs with sleepers, as well as money for companies to hire new drivers to do the same amount of work that they currently do?

 

I think its time to start looking at other careers.
