I will be watching this thread closely,as I have wondered about this company as well. I do know this about them,my nephew was looking for a GOOD new job fairly recently, and his dad & myself were searching the Internet for a job lead.,Anyway, this went on almost for 3 mo.,and I would almost always see them on the Mn Works jobsite looking for drivers..Are they expanding that much?,or cant they keep anyone in a truck? This I do not know.

  7. Good Morning All,

Just ran across this thread and figured I would help dispell the myth out there...
While I do NOT speak for how the company ran in the past, I will tell you that since I have been here (4 months) we have had tremendous success. All of our company trucks are full. No turnover in 5 weeks. 10,000 to 11,000 miles per month. Pay up to $0.40cpm + quarterly bonus. Adding 1 O/O per month right now.

Some could say my opinion is biased because I am the Director of Recruiting & Safety, BUT.......I have worked at some well known carriers and I was always taking calls from drivers about sitting, miles and home-time. Not the case here. I actually have to call our drivers to say hello! We are not perfect but we are taking care of our drivers.

If you would like to ask me anything, please do.

Thanks and be safe! John "JP" Peterson

If you like slip seating, 100% hand unloading of double decked plant loads for Walmart. If you like Wayne Farm chicken loads from Alabama that you wait on for hours on end. If you like being called every month by Richard Walbon about how much fuel your wasting to stay warm. If you like not having loads rescheduled when you notify you will be late. If you like not having a leg to stand on. This is the place to drive!

This company recently hired their 6th Director of Safety and Recruiting since 2008, in the same time period they have gone through 7 Operations Managers and more than 7 dispatchers. Driver turnover has been even more incredible. Would suggest not even considering this company if you require employee provided health insurance, theirs is expansive with a deductable that I believe is $6500. They do alot of short loads with extended days, so 800 miles from Friday to Monday, while on the road are not unusual and you will not be compensated for your down time as they consider you under dispatch. They do lots of load swapping so you will find yourself leaving out with a nice long load to FL with plenty of time, only to have to switch out in the middle of the country and drive all night to get someone elses load to Atlanta, then have to sit a day waiting for your next load. Your home time is not their priority, it is up to you to be very forceful about when you need back each time you head out and you will ned to keep reminding them daily and even then you still may not get back when you ned to. Also dont be surprised to come back from 2 days off and find your truck a pigsty inside and things missing.

Thanks for the update, I see they have not improved their business. In fact it seams worse with not being able to get home and down time as well. I do however remember getting back into my truck only to find half of a Subway sandwich strewed across the cab from slip seating.
