I agree 100% on both parts, I don't care who I piss off going around a curve or ramp, I'm the one who gets tore up if I roll. In more than 15 yrs. driving I've yet to lose a load.
You have to drive like you have a little sense, always assume the other guy doesn't see you.
Always drive for conditions, you'd think that goes without saying, it doesn't. I had a sandbox fly by me in the snow the other day in the right lane, I was signalling a left to go back to the barn, and moving into the left turn lane, rather than let me get done he flew by me in the right lane, which was filled with snow. Stupid risk he could've avoided by lifting his right foot for a couple of seconds.
