Fuel Prices are steadily increasing

If you all wan to look at it another way everything runs in cycles. The economy goes up and it goes down. Gold goes up and it too goes down. Even the temp goes up and it goes down. Oil is based on futures, Obama said he would make a "Change" and that would seize to be done like that. Not so much! You have to remember that we have been shutting down refineries since the 70's so that would be some of the reason for the price too. But all in all our oil comes to us 60% or better processed from the middle east. Look it up if you don't believe me. If we were just buying crude then the price you see for the 36 gallon barrel we buy would in effect be lower if we could process enough for what we use. But you have to remember that just as many groups that hate truckers and the road hate the emissions and the big ugly mean hearted oil companies, and pay more money in special interest to keep it at the price it is so that the "sheeple" will buy less fossil fuel powered vehicles and more electric and alternative fueled vehicles. Cause don't forget the "inconvenient truth" that won VP Gore a nobel peace prize then the same scientists came back and said they "weren't willing to stand behind the facts of the movie." It's all a big game we just have to stop reelecting the same riff raff year after year to be in office. Fresh blood in the House and Senate would make all the difference in the world. We all know that! Though the party pushers, not unlike the bible bashers, keep doing the same ole same ole and just sit back and yell and scream about the horrible job their elected official does and yet, look and behold, the rejects put them in office again... So with that being said it falls on our backs the people and two sayings come to mind: "A person is smart and people are stupid," as well as, the definition of psychotic is "doing the same thing over and over yet expecting a different result..." Yeah if you don't get the point get in line! Cause it is a long drop when you follow other idiots off the cliff. We lost the American spirit after FDR with carter, nixon, reagon was ok, Bush 1 and 2, clinton was ok, now Obama. Stop putting lawyers doctors and millionaires into office and put regular small business owners and such in there to really break the system back down to what it should be. So fuel prices are a mustard seed against the mountain of crap that makes it what it is...

 

And I am not a government hater I just think things could go back to the way they were in the 50's before all the liberal bs we have to deal with today. I don't care what you do or say as long as it doesn't affect me. But for some reason those same liberties that I try to enjoy keep getting tread upon and I have to find out about it the hard way. Oh and I'll do it for some of you.... WAH WAH WAH why don't you run, or whatever else the smarties can come up with. It's all IMHO! which is just MY OPINION>>>

So a 500 mile run at $2.00 a mile would be $1,000 + fuel surcharge $320 = $1,320 for the run​

 

Yep thats how the charge is offset for the most part, but you have to remember that no all companies give that much in surcharge..

 

Thay do if thay want me to move it!!! I have never moved aload for under $2.00 a mile never!!!

I do the math before i call any broker. So in miles that same load should pay $264 a mile its a number thing and im good at it Texas hold'em anyone
