You might want to try checking with some household moving companies. The van lines haul cars inside of the vans, and you can specify that you do NOT want them to haul it on an open carrier. But you probably won't like their prices.

Why does it need to be enclosed?

I will give you a little hint about your problem. As everyone else has said price is the factor in shipping anything.

You are obviously not paying enough to have it moved. Enclosed trailers are expensive and you pay for the convenience of not having your lexus get dirty on the way to you. You cant expect to pay open trailer prices for enclosed trailer moves. Its not going to happen.

If you are truly in need of this car there is only one thing you can do. Bump the price up until you get it moved.

$.70/ mile top end is not going to get it moved, unless someone is REALLY hard up to finish filling their trailer. You may want to start at $1.00/ mile but my bet is it going to be a little higher than that before someone bites on it.

So you want to pay $.70 per mile to move your car in an enclosed car carrier. Not going to happen unless you get lucky and find a company that has a free spot in a trailer. You might have more luck with an open carrier than enclosed. You might find a hotshot that would do it. They don't use near the fuel we do.

What type of car/truck is it? All info that needs to be given out before anyone in their right mind would even try to bid on it. Why does it have to be enclosed? If it is a classic or luxury car then you are definitely going cheap on the rate for the car.

    4. Use of Canadian-based Vehicles for Domestic Transportation. Generally, the use of
Canadian-based vehicles for domestic movement of merchandise is prohibited. There is one exception. A domestic movement incidental to the immediate prior or subsequent
engagement of a vehicle in international transportation is allowed. Incidental is defined
as Ain the general direction of an export move or as part of the return movement to their
base country@. It includes a movement en route to the pick-up of an export move. For
example, a Toronto, ON-based carrier transports merchandise originating in Toronto and
terminating in Miami, FL. The vehicle can then be used to pick up merchandise in Miami
for delivery to St Louis, MO (a domestic move) where an export move will be picked up
for delivery to Canada. The movement of merchandise from Miami to St Louis is
considered incidental to the immediate prior or subsequent engagement of such vehicle in
    international transportation
. The Canadian-based vehicle can also transport a domestic move in the general direction of an export move and then immediately return empty to
    Canada.

The VEHICLE can do the move. The DRIVER cannot. Unless said Canadian driver has a green card to work in the US. Then said driver should be able to do it.
