Say I wanted to go with a 6 and a 4 overdrive transmission, does anybody have a model number I should start looking for...

Also I'm kindof leaning towards a older W900A or Pete 359 cab, lighter, simpler, cheaper

Chalmers or Haul-Max? Really, I just love following those guys down the road watching them bounce up and down like a yo-yo:biggrin_2559: I have been running Pete's Air Trac since 2000 in 4 different Tri-Axle dump trucks and you can't beat the stability. I ran an over the road dump years ago with rubber blocks on the tractor and trailer,,,,,,,,,,,oh my trust me you don't want that. Plus, those guys can't load with and air guage like I can either. They just keep running around in circles trying to get their weight right! I think back about the old Hendrickson spring suspension, then they come up with Haul Max and say it rides better? Beam Me up Scotty:biggrin_25524:

Gotta agree with him on loading by the gauge, beats the hell out of chasing your tail, that, and you won't get beat half to death.:yes2557:
