Didn't hear from him all day - and now I know why - he just finished driving 590 miles :D From the Utah/Colorado border to Exit 107 Nebraska - they stopped at the Pilot there - S/S/S - and the trainer is now driving and Klingon is getting his 10 in the sleeper. I think he will make it :biggrin_25514:

My time line now is that I will be finishing up moving my daughter and her husband in - then the 30th fly down to Fontana to start school on the 31st.

Oh and this will be the first time in 27 years I haven't been able to celebrate Klingon's birthday with him - his birthday is tomorrow :( but it's all worth it in the end :)

great to hear he's doing so well.....well we'll see after his sleeper experience, lol.
Lady K, are you not going to TDA here in Sac? Or are you doing the whole thing in Fontana?

Yep Fontana - Klingon talked to the folks there and it sounds like that is what I'll be doing. I will know for certain by Tuesday - they will be getting my 'info' sent down to them. It will help me, that way I can concentrate solely on the class and learning - instead of me being split 3 ways - schooling/work/home. Since I haven't driven before, and its not a refresher for me - I want the best learning possible.

At one point yesterday coming over the Rocky Mountains, it was -3 out side... Going to take a nap then start driving again at 7 am... Company has a rule that "trainees" in the first two weeks can't drive between 2 and 6 am
