, don't be so hard on yourself. You may have been an idiot but it wasn't from listening to my advice, it was from NOT listening....LOL
You told me.... A) you were tierd...B) in a couple hours you'd have a reset...C) You didn't need to be in MN until Tuesday (A lifetime to get there). We both knew the weather was coming.
I told you under those circumstances, "I" would get some sleep, get a reset for the new week, and WAIT OUT THE STORM until it passed. I waited until 11:30 Saturday to roll out (as I advised you to) and had no issue with the gorge and weather.....
Rolled right through....
You rushed it buddy but then, it IS your decision. Anyway dude, have a safe trip and I'll be in Helena when (or before) you make your first stop.....LOL....

I drove 441 miles to Hudson, WI today, I'm now 39 minutes away from the first stop which is 6am TUESDAY!!!!!!! I'm going to see if I can get them and the other St. Paul, MN stop to take there stuff tomorrow so I can get out of this TA. I'm not much of a fan of the Country Pride...Its alright but exspensive and you dont get allot for the money.
Pretty uneventfull day, although I did see a guy "pull himself over"
So this guys driving his brand new Black Escalade with big huge chrome rims in the Hammer lane, and there was a full grown sitting in the Middian and he had already pulled up to the edge of the highway before this guy even passed him (reason being because he wanted to leave his spot not because he was going to go after anyone). Anyway so this guy passes the cop and then since there was no one behind the escalade the cop pulled out. Well the guy freaks out hits his breaks, abruptly changes lanes to the right and pulls off onto the shoulder and then when he relizes the cop never turned on his lights he tried to turn back onto the road. And since the cop had seen this whole thing happen at that point he decided to pull the guy over What an idiot!
I wish I had the camera rolling for that, I coulda one the $10,000 on Americas Funniest Home Video's!
