Well here we are again. Kicking up an old dead thread.
I got the kingpins done and my rig is DOT legal now..but still needs lettering.
So, I went around the gamut and hit 3 or 4 shops that I had talked to back in October. (email/vmail)
Maybe NOW, during the winter...someone will get back with me.

How do u remover vinyle lettering
I tried to remove it with heat gun. It worked on the tractor but didn't on the trailer because the vinyle was too thin. Anyone here know of any chemicals? -
you can buy a whell--its made of a rubber kinda like an eraser--goes on a drill and it rubs off the decal--then you just wipe off whats left of the glue with acetone or similiar
a heat gun should take off decal easy if it is thin--sure it isnt paint?Zekria99 Thanks this. -
I finally have a place I signed up with. It is really close to my home (and the dealer..since my truck lives there).
They are working on samples this week.
Finally I got someone that -wants- to work....he does awesome stuff too. -
Did you decide who your gonna run for yet? -
I will likely do either 'power only' or contract as needed. I won't be leasing on with anyone...

Oh you bet. Once she is done I will certainly post photos. I think my ideas will be really cool. By the way, that guy in Northern IL dropped off the face of the earth. Only this one guy I am working with bothered to return my calls/emails...
