Time for another outstanding recipe from the files of "The Railsplitter"---this one is for a large roast:
Tenderize roast by rolling back and forth over it in truck stop parking lot (disregard various surface stains in lot, as the meat will be cooked anyway). Wrap roast in several layers of foil, open hood, and secure foil-wrapped roast atop engine using baling wire. Close hood and proceed down the road... open hood several hours later and test meat by stabbing foil-wrapped package with utility knife or slot driver. If it bleeds, roast is not yet fully cooked... close hood and continue driving down the road. When roast is done, yank from under hood and allow to cool before slicing and macking. Real hands can add flavor by marinating roast in antifreeze after tenderizing... not recommended for sidewalk sissies or those with delicate stomachs. Once again, you can thank "The Railsplitter" for this fun and easy recipe... I'm outta here!!!

Maybe you're right... they should've gone with the orange instead of the green.

That Coleman cooler is what I have in my rig. They work great, but when summer gets here, and you go to the store and buy stuff for it, get it cold in your fridge in the house first; if your home. They are not real good at making things cold, only keeping them cold. Don't put one can of pop in there and expect it to be ice cold for later. The more that's in the cooler the better they work.

Heres one!
It's called "Roadhouse Chicken Stew".
Heres whatcha need...
1-can of stewed tomatoes
1-BIG potato
1-green pepper
1-small onion
2-4 raw chicken pieces. (brests, legs, thighs, wings, etc)
Worstershire sauce, hot sauce etc but the "worst" sauce is manditory.
Cook-
-Cut up the onion & pepper and saute' in a pan til cooked then put aside for later. (use worstershire sauce & some oil)
-Fry the chicken & cut-up potato in the juice left over from the veggies til done. (you can use leftover fried chicken from Chesters,KFC, Banquet, Etc. if ya don't have raw chicken)
-Once everything is cooked, add it all back together in a covered fry-pan, add the can of stewed tomatoes & simmer til its all done. (If ya used chicken with bones,,,take them out now.)
This is cooking on the road!
Enjoy!
