I'm seriously considering going to work for Averitt Express doing a regional run so I can get home weekly. I hear that the "two days at home a week isn't really 2 days. I hear they get you home late Friday night and want to roll out early Sunday morning. Is there any truth to that? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

It depends on WHEN you get home and WHEN you have to leave out. It could be as little as 34 hours or as long as 72 hours or more.
