question on a reset?

    is it mandatory to take a 34 hour reset?How many days can you legally drive ?

    As long as you have time available on your 70 hour clock, you can drive as long as you want. The 34 Reset is not mandatory. It's a way to get your full 70 hours back . . . for now.

    By all reports the "34' is staying its just going to be adjusted to where it has to include (2) midnight to 6am stretches just gonna have to be more "creative"

    Yes, that is in the new proposal that has yet to be enacted.

    If you only log 8.75hrs per day onduty ..everyday..you can drive from now until Jesus comes back.
