Stopped in meridian, Ms for night. We have a load from Tennessee bound for south Texas.

Today was rather uneventful. I did however back the rig four times today on my own without direction. Everyone of them successful!

    Awesome!

Sounds like you are having some fun and getting some real miles in. Going to Laredo? It appears you have a real interest in getting your backing skills down. If you keep that up, you'll master it quickly. I pretty much got lazy and gave up trying to master it (I was a flatbedder), and ended up mastering it eventually anyway. You can only nose into truck stop parking spaces so many times.

Have fun and enjoy the scenery!

Stopped in Sealy,Tx for the night. Got 576 miles today!

Experienced Houston during rush hour without an problems. Saw a Pt Cruiser take out a trailers rear tandem in Louisiana.

Three more hours of phase one training then onto team driving training.

We made it to Laredo, TX to drop our trailer at the broker to go onward to Mexico. However, looks like we'll be here for a bit. We are #42 on the board for loads out of here.

That being said, at least its 70 degrees here! So not to bad of a place to hang for awhile. I actually put shorts and a t-shirt on for the time in months!

STAY IN THE TRUCK!!! And do NOT get in the van to get shuttled to Boys Town!

This has been a public service announcement. Now back to your regularly scheduled shenanigans.
