    Hello everyone,

New to trucking and to the forum. 31 yrs old and figured out that turning wrenches on cars is no longer the paying profession that payed the bills for the last 7 years. So I decided that i would get into something better. And the better half says Im home too much. I have found some really good information on here and would like to think the originators. Any questions, feel free to ask.

Just remember, theirs companies out there that pay real well and you don't need a lot of experience to get those jobs. Just need to be persistant.

    Welcome to the forum.
Wrenching on cars isn't like it was when I was younger. Nowadays you have to be a computer programmer more than anything else. Can you imagine what hot rodding will be like in 50-100 years?

i did the new car stuff, but the Lincoln Techs and UTIs have flooded the market with $8/hr techs that will due heavy line work for that price. And us experienced guys still have to due half the work because they are inexperienced. But they dont want to pay us what we are worth. So i found me a new career. Start at TMC Monday morning, i plan on keeping a daily log to keep people up to speed on what to expect there.
