I would purchase a SONY TV...I feel they have the BEST sound system...BUT SHARP is comparible and a little cheaper.
Satellite systems is your guess...they are both about the same as far as programming and cost. -
i guess no one has any type of pay tv in their truck?
-
Many don't watch TV because after getting something to eat and then maybe doing laundry usually one is too tired to do anything but sleep. Also one can watch TV in the T/S

i used to have just a 5" screen portable TV i got at radio shack. it fit the bill so to speak as i would usually fall asleep in a few minutes of watching it. i would probably recommend any brand that is at least 13" screen, color, ac/dc powered, and maybe even a dvd player. check around for sales at wally-world, sears, best buy, etc. buying something like this at a truckstop will cost you more than its worth. try to buy any appliances at home not on the road...............

I wasn't worried about the biggest or the best for the truck. You really don't get a chance to watch much of it. Opted for a 13" tv with the DVD built in.

I got a 13" with DVD player from wally world for $70. It will do the job once I get my own truck.
