Ranger SRA198....or RoadKing 56 for most radios.

On my Magnum radios, the stock mic is good.

 

Got a Astatic 636LSE on my Cobra29. It does good by me. Why do I have that Mic? Well because dad said "if your gonna put all that money into that radio here ya go, you will appreciate this mic". I said "roger that, thanks dad"!

 

Skythumper ST-65DX, because it came with the radio, midnight special . at truck stop,best place to buy a radio .IMHO

 

Astatic 636l, because it sounds good, has the best noise cancellation, it's made in America, and it's durable. I've been running the same one with the same cable for four years now. I switched after having trouble with the cables on two RK56s, although I've heard they've fixed that now. I tried a skythumper 65 once, it got stolen after a month or so, so I can't attest to it's durability, but it's noise cancelling was nearly as good as the Astatic and better than an RK56.

 

Astatic 636..... because I once had a bungee jumping Road King in a loaner
truck whack me in the head.
