Sleeping in a vehicle while drunk is grounds for a DUI conviction.

In WI, if the keys are anywhere inside the vehicle, a DA can prosecute.

Wouldn't speeding, tailgating, and texting be considered a malicious act as well?

In some states at least but driving with hangover
Isn't right either. Having a pounding headache
    doesent a good driver make.

May I correct your correction? Respectfully?
Yes they do... and yes they WILL stop you at the border....
They sent me back to Seattle at the Vancouver airport for a DUI that was 10+ years old....
    It is a felony there.
    Truth.

" If you are simply a passenger in a car being driven by an impaired or intoxicated person in Japan, you can get up to three years in prison."

True. I was there for over a year and learned it first hand. No I wasn't, just what the laws and all were...LOL

My school has...and I have told them. The school ran my DMVR and knows my history. This is as it SHOULD be.... Having a frank and honest conversation about your history and prospects is a must...

Hell... No more driving yourself home after your divorce court! After watching your Dad die in the hospital! After seeing a horrific crash in the I-30 which just cut the heads of two bikers!
    The list is endless....
Stop all driving after BAD THINGS happen to you!
