never paid worked over two month only draws would not show settlement sheets for loads pull from koolpak was told i would get 90% of load pay but never paid now they have stranded me and my wife in portland or with no money or way home fired because asked for settlement sheets and pay check

 

morningstar express is a rip off dose not pay the drivers puts all of the load money in his own pocket dose not care who he hurts as long as he gets his money left me and the wife out in portland or dose not have the heart to at least help us get home and his friend dave is the same never telling the truth about ur loads pay u always seem to owe them money worked for them two month never seen a settlement and was told that i would be making 1500 to 2000 dollars a week in two month they are saying that we spent over 16000 dollars well that is funny becuase i never saw 1500 to 2000 a week they also told me that i was spending 100 dollars a day but that dose not add up to 16000 dollars in two month soo who is oweing who they owe me at least 8000 dallors and it looks like i will have to settle this in court.... unless they want to give me what they owe me

 

Morning Star has folded as of 01/01/2011 thank CSA2010 for that one, and Kool Pac wont let him back in, they hand picked 2 owner ops and 2 of mikes company drivers to come over and lease on or work for Kool Pac directly, so end the end good things do happen out of a bad situation

Makes you wonder why anyone would send in all the paper work and not keep a copy for themselves when it comes to your paycheck.

I do believe that's why they invented the copy machine!

This is why I have advocated that every driver either have a laptop and a scanner in the truck or pay for copies of EVERY piece of paper that goes through your finger that pertains to that load and might cost you more than a penny or make you money!

Never in this cesspool called trucking trust anyone with your paper work! You make a copy, put all relevant information on it and file it in your envelope or briefcase and a copy on your computer also!
This way if they say that we didn't receive a BOL, scale ticket, fuel receipt, repair bill, toll or copy of the DOT inspection form THEY need to fill out and send back all you have to say is I have a copy! Do you want it emailed to you? Faxed to you BUT you need to send me a Com Check for the amount of the fax as you apparently can't look where you put the one in the trip pack or USPS envelope I sent you so I really need you to pay for it IN ADVANCE! Or they can pick up the cost of another trip pack, UPS or FedX envelope!

Now if you REALLY want these BFI's that keep losing your paper work to look stupid with their lies then video your putting each piece of paper work in the envelope but be sure that you state which one it is and also mark it off on the trip sheet or trip log or whatever you call it there and just make it look good!

When they say that apparently the BOL committed suicide and jumped out of that glued shut envelope post it on YouTube and send them the link but be sure to put the company name on the title so others can see what this BFI does to get out of paying their employees and maybe they will either figure out that, that ripoff excuse won't bite or they go out of business because no one will hire on!

another one is out of washington calls his company apergis one of the biggest ripoffs out there today owed me 6300 and not seen a dime tried to sue me for 78ooo.00 but that went no where.but if you want the miles they are there 25000 in 5 weeks
