Hello Everyone,
Well, found out today that I was approved, as of now. I just have to fill out the form that allows them to contact prior work. As far as DAC and MVR, everything is good to go.
Now the downside, can not start until the 1st of Feb. Columbus is slowing down right now. They where trying to get me to go regional Intermodal out of Chicago, but really do not want that hassle, dealing with that rail yard constantly. Now also need to decide, OTR or 910 comfort zone. Was telling me that discuss this with the DM when I get there. Will need otr if want to get west. Did also tell me that they are re drawing the map as far as comfort zones. 909 as far as Springfield, MO and if not mistaken, 910 does not even include Denver now. Oh well, plenty of time to think.
Had to really bite my tounge to keep from saying L/P later. I did do what Injun said, told him that I wanted to make sure that everything is done prior to my arrival. Want no hiccups when there. He assured me that everything will be done.
Now I just hope that I can stay with SNI for another month. I really doubt it. Think that 2 week notice is comming up, and just sit home for a little less than 2 weeks.
To all of those that really helped me with my decision, Injun and DickJones, thank you. Will be seeing you out there soon.
