You may see yourself as an expert of the english language, but your no expert on Critical Thinking. You pride yourself on understanding what you read, but you pick and choose what you read as is true with most. When you have only read one story, you only know one story. This is not an insult, but constructive criticism. Take it for what it's worth, and don't believe the one story you have read. Gather facts, analyze, deduct, and then conclude. Fortunately this process can be done in any language. Just because they were Muslims on the plane or so you and they say cause I mean really did you see them? Did you get to examine the bodies of those on the plane? Only the Government was there, and only the Government told the stories, and now we are crying about what the Government is doing with our rights. What is the one common denominator in this all? Listen to some of the soldiers that have come home and offered up their stories, but no, you choose to follow blindly cause of what the Government tells you. A sheep being led to slaughter.

 

Well, I prefer the accepted official version over all of the alternatives, which, by the way, I have read. Likewise, I read all I can find on "Apollo was a hoax" and I still figure it wasn't. Just because a politician says it, doesn't automatically mean it's a lie. I get my news from accredited news agencies, not the blogosphere. I use that only for entertainment.

What was done to make them angry?

I'm guessing your calling me a bigot. Truth of the matter is only a simple mind would think I'm being a bigot just because I'm not afraid of speaking the truth. It is suggested from the statement above that Abraham and his ####### son were angry, but it's not mentioned what was done to make them angry, just like hundreds of years of hanging certain people: Men, Women, and Children in America was not supposed to make those certain people angry.

It's really astonishing to me how anyone can think anger and resentment should not and would not exist. What's even more astonishing is how you think it's not supposed to exists, like it's there for no reason. LMAO! I know the story. My point was something was done to make everyone who experiences anger angry. No where in my bible does it call Ishmael a bastid child. Ishmael was rightfully begotten according to my Bible, it was simply a choice of God who chose Sarah's child over Ishmael, but no where does the Bible refer to Ishmael as a bastid that I can remember. What I take issue is the anger taken against Jews by Muslims for what happened some 5000 years ago......When are they going to "move on"?

Christians have forgiven Jews for what happened to Christ...as the crucifixion was part of God's plan anyhow.......

Why cannot Muslims join the modern world?

They have to be getting tired of the oppression and living in the middle ages.....

The problem as I see it is that people do not listen to God to begin with. God told abraham he would father a child. What did they do? Tried to help God out by taking matters into their own hands. Sarah was doubting her birthing age. Isaac was the one God had planned a covenant with not Ishmael. That is the price of not listening and waiting on God. Look how costly sin is. How many generations have passed and they are still paying the cost. Sin is very costly to us and our loved ones.

Do you live in the modern world? Have you seen what is happening in the modern world? Every commercial is endorsing and even trying to help you turn your little sons into homosexuals. That's right, commercials where the sister is putting make up on the little brother. Commercials with little chinese gay dudes struttin their stuff. I mean really, If you are a Christian, why would you want anything to do with the modern world? As far as Ishmael is concerned, that was their culture, you have no right to call that child a bastid.
