    I was purchacing in 2005 and need to relay first hand experance of this company.
    Lease purchace has you set up to fail. You sign a document so you can't sue when you do.
    They want you to fail so they can keep your money.
    Claim to pay you every Friday. You get it the following Thurs if your lucky and then maybe again 2 weeks later. And forget getting a check stub for proof.
    They claim it comcheck error every single time. .
    Take deductions from your check and dont report your taxes to the state or IRS.
    Keep you sitting for 5 days in some hole in the wall middle of nowhere while they find a load to run. STARVING, FREEZING not caring.

    RUN in the other direction AWAY from anyone in this company. Lining their pockets is their goal and bad mouthing everyone

    If you're an owner operator on a lease purchase you are an independent contractor and responsible for your own taxes including self employment tax.

    This tax issue happened to the company drivers employed by the company.

    Highwaymen got what was comming to them, it was called beating them at there own game "hostal takeover" they will never show themselves again.... The party got what was left of the equipment, and Mr Fife (Barney) was left holding the bag. serves them right

    Im baaaaaaaaccccccck ......im ready to roast the hell out of this company here...the way they treat there drivers here is unreal...i work for them for an year an it was an pure living hell..2 1/2 mo without pay. I was working almost every day. I was only living off my fuel money and cash advances..the truck i had threw them had a lots of problems and when i dint have enough money to fix it they wont help u get it fix and they will blame u for the breakdown. Now wat kind of bs is that..i c u (fife) barney, janice and that wanted b truck driver bf of urs.. I dont care how many times u change the name of that company or how many trks u have u wont b n business long..treating ur customers and ur driver is the up-hold of ur business. Remember dat...
