You still have to let your company know about it. If you don't and they find out (which they will) then they will fire you. As far as points go it is not a moving violation. Those scales up there sneak up on you if you are not familiar with running up there. I did the same thing when I first started driving.

As of July 2007, that ticket is $194 in Idaho.
May have increased by now.
That is IF it was for what you say, missed POE.
Now, what do you mean by misdemeanor ticket ????.. not familiar with that ... -

I would have stopped.. if I had 10 more seconds. I was too flustered to think straightBut next time I will.. now that I've paid (or will soon pay) my price.
I feel like I should write the judge, just so there's some record of how lame their POE is, and it should be marked better. Although I'm sure pointing it out wouldn't affect anything anyway. -
I qualcomm'd my safaty manager later that day about it. He never responded though. Even now.. a day later, still nothing. I'll have to keep trying I guess.
Thanks for that reminder.chompi Thanks this. -
So the sign that says "weigh station next exit" is not enough for you? What do you need a personal escort? Come on. Better start paying more attention and exit when it says to.
Express12$ and Rerun8963 Thank this. -
Then there's two checkboxes..
1. Infraction Citation and
2. Misdemeanor Citation
I got #2 checked off.
And then further down:

Besides that, I donno what what means.123456 Thanks this. -
I suggest a phone call to your safety dept rather than QC.
