O.K. I am narrowing my choices down to these two companies. I am 21 and have a CDL but no driving experience. What are your takes on these two companies?

Worked for roehl. Dispatchers there were horrible. They route you with little time going from point a and point b and then will give you around 3 fuel stops when all you needed was 1. go to 1st fuel stop get 25 gallons then go to 2nd fuel stop get 50 gallons then get to 3rd fuel stop fill up. Preplan will shop diferent apt time then load assignment and once you accept preplan you are responsible for getting there ontime even though time on load assignment gives you less time to get there. If you want to have a ac/dc converter and you go to mechanic with idea to run electric wire that has battery clipps at ends and you connect to battery only when you use ac/dc converter and then disconnect when done. If mechanic says to you that you can do it cause it's not a permanent connection get it in writing. don't take there word for it. when your pay gets high and they look to get rid of drivers with high salaries they will make up any excuse to get rid of you. I know from experience. They terminated me cause they said i had a permanent connection to battery for use of ac/dc converter. Funny thing is it was not attached to battery. I guess if you use jumper cables to jump start a car i guess you cannot remove cables cause it's permanently connected.
